Tawid Sapa Medical Mission

On September 18, 2026, the Miranda Cares Medical Mission, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Pasong Tamo-Banlat (District 3780), was held at Tawid Sapa Covered Court II in Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches.

During the event, patients received free medical and surgical check-ups, with minor procedures scheduled at Fairview General Hospital at minimal or no cost, utilizing PhilHealth benefits. Free medications and laboratory services, including fasting blood sugar and cholesterol testing, helped raise awareness about critical health indicators.

Additionally, the organizers offered a two-hour Zumba session, massage services, food, coffee, and slippers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support came from various groups, including the Banawe Quezon City Eagles Club, NADAMCO Multipurpose Cooperative, and Generika Drugstore, with 22 volunteers assisting throughout the event.

This initiative successfully served 98 patients, underscoring the positive impact of collaboration among civic organizations, institutions, and community partners. Guided by its mission to "Create a Lasting Impact," the Rotary Club of Pasong Tamo-Banlat reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a healthier and more supportive community.
